christmas came and went like nobody's business. it was Ava's first christmas and she sure did dress the part. cutest little baby santa ever. hope you all had funtimes as well!
katie & steve had a party. it was fabulous and everyone looked all fancy. i had the best intentions to take tons of pictures of everyone looking all sexy but, you know, i got distracted. here is what i managed:
these ladies will be framed and up for sale in fremont. many more to come. on sale the day after christmas. where is a suprise.... i'll let you know real soon! if you wanna buy something direct let me know.
lots more new stuff in the works. my obsession with arcylic polymer and gold spraypaint is only growing, which unfortch makes it really hard to take pictures of the paintings. that and i take shit pictures to begin with. but shiny wood makes my heart beat faster!
halo turned 6 on december 2nd. lots of his friends had birthdays last week too. we had an epic week of partying, 3 kids parties in 2 days. 6 year olds are party machines.
snow makes the city seem clean and bright and new. everything seems calm and quiet, especially when huge snowflakes fall slowly down to earth at night. until you slip on ice on your driveway and give yourself whiplash.
whoa it's been awhile. things have been action packed. here are some highlights:
baby loves disco pretty much ruled. kids have all the best dance moves. it's already sold out for new years eve so we won't be going then, but hopefully soon we will be back on the dancefloor. also had some great visitors from portland. zach came and brought me polish beer and justin timberlake on vinyl (amazing!) and halo made a new friend, sydney, whom he misses very much. also chris came up to play a show with please step out of the vehicle. their equiment was so old and rad, it was real fun. things otherwise have been up and down and all over the place. lots of paintings and some snow. more later about that...
